Claire Grosvenor has been a teacher of Drama for over fourteen years, spending her career in a wide variety of schools. As an NQT she became a Head of Drama and then went on to become Director of Arts in Nottingham City. She works as a facilitator and trainer within many spheres of education, from PGCE courses at a variety of universities, to primary and secondary school consultancy. She has worked successfully with a diverse range of audiences to great success.
Claire develops school systems that are built on people, that put people first. Her fundamental concept is to collaborate to create a vibrant learning culture which ensures individuals can thrive within a safe and enquiring environment.
There must be opportunities for learning and effective reflection in all parts of the system; diverse forms of support that are designed to personalise the learning journey for all within the school community.
